CCTV Network Protects Our Home from Trouble

We live in a rural area. The reason we moved out here is to avoid all of the problems you can get from the city and even the suburbs. People are not like they used to be when I was a child and we could all leave our doors unlocked at night in our village. Now homes in the suburbs seem to be having trouble like homes in the cities. In our rural area, we still have some criminal elements lurking about, so we looked for CCTV installers in Leeds to come out and put in cameras on our property.

We wanted to have every viewing angle covered by security cameras. The professionals at the surveillance camera company we contacted drew a map of our property to cover every angle of approach. No one can hide from view as they approach any of our buildings. We also have special pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) cameras in place to be able to get a closeup of any issues we see going on. I like it that I can get notifications of movement and actually see what the cameras see from my mobile phone.

I no longer feel like our stuff is our there alone when we have to go into town or when we decide to go away on holiday. I can check on everything right from my phone. It gives real peace of mind to be able to do this. Plus, the footage is recorded on a DVR that can store thousands of hours of camera footage from multiple cameras. We can refer back to any moment in time going back months for each camera we have installed. This is a great benefit to discover what happened to things that may not be noticed right away. CCTV surveillance for homes has sure come a long way.
